Appointments

To our amazing guests,

It’s no secret that we love you, your minis, family, and friends! However…with limited space, busy staff, and COVID-19 regulations we ask that you come to your appointment solo. Our petite studio is perfectly sized to accommodate you and allow you to relax and enjoy your service. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Appointment Confirmation

You will receive confirmation and reminders of your appointment via email. Please note, if you need to make adjustments to your appointment please give proper notice to avoid any fees.

Appointment Changes, Reschedules, and Cancellations

Providing outstanding service is the core of our business. Because services are reserved especially for you, we require that you notify us 48 hours in advance to change services, reschedule, or cancel appointments without penalty. All cancellations made 48 hours prior to the appointment are no problem.

As a courtesy to our stylists and other guests, we have a firm 48hr change, reschedule, and cancellation policy. Without 48 hour notice, we will charge a fee of 50% of the price of the booked service.

In the event of a “no-show” you will be charged 100% of the booked service. Not showing up to your appointment isn’t kind. We respect your time and ask that you respect ours as well. If you don’t show to your appointment, your reserved card will be charged the amount of the service you are booked for, and you will not be able to book future reservations with us.

REFUND/EXCHANGE

We do not offer refunds of any kind, on product or services. What we do is an art, read adjustments policy below regarding hair services. Product exchanges are for store credit only, must be unused when returned, and accompanied by a receipt within 30days of purchase. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item only.

ADJUSTMENTS

We want you to LOVE your hair. We hope that this will never be the case…but If you are not completely satisfied with your service please contact the salon and your stylist directly. We will be happy to make small adjustments with 1 week of your appointment. Anything after 1 week will be subject to charge. If you wish to have an adjustment on your service, you have 7 days to call for an appointment to do so.
